The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is an independent organisation that regulates Financial and Insurance Services in the United Kingdom. It requires us to give you this document and to use this information to decide if our services and products are right for you.

Yes, we are authorised and regulated for credit-broking activities by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are not a lender. Our FCA Firm Reference Number is 915487 . 3. What products do we offer?

Motor Village Bristol Ltd are a credit broker not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. In making these offers we act on the lenders behalf and do not act as an independent financial advisor. This means we will provide you with all the information you need on available finance products, but we will not give advice nor make a recommendation.

4. What will you have to pay for our services?

We do not charge you a fee for our services as we will typically receive commission from the lender we introduce you to (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). A customer may ask for commission disclosure at any time from our initial discussions through to the point when their Agreement is set live.

5. What to do if you have a complaint.

6. What will your information be used for?

We will use your information to obtain quotes from funders and brokers to process finance applications through them. They will also conduct a search of your record held with one or more Credit Reference Agencies.

Credit checks may as a result appear on your Credit File lodged by organisations with whom you have not dealt with directly. The personal information collected will also be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent both fraud and money laundering and to verify your identity. If fraud is detected you could be refused certain services, finance or employment.
